1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or its online services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or guardian.

2. The Service

The app provides Taiwan GSAT English practice, mock-test workflows, review tools, local scoring, optional online constructed-response grading, hosted content updates, startup notices, and content error reporting. Features may change, be paused, or be removed as the app is maintained.

3. Educational Use Only

The app is provided for study and practice. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the College Entrance Examination Center, universities, schools, or any government exam authority unless expressly stated otherwise. Scores, explanations, sample answers, and AI feedback are practice aids and do not guarantee exam results.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• use the app or online services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity;
• submit personal, confidential, illegal, or sensitive information in practice answers or report notes;
• attempt to overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass security controls for the online services;
• copy, redistribute, sell, or publish substantial parts of the app content except as allowed by law or written permission;
• misrepresent app output as official exam scoring or official exam material.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of answers, notes, and reports you submit. You grant us a limited permission to process that content only as needed to provide grading, feedback, support, abuse prevention, debugging, content-quality review, and other app operations described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Grading And AI Feedback

Some constructed-response grading may be performed locally, and some may be sent to a backend grading service that can use an AI grading provider. AI and automated grading can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing feedback before relying on it for study decisions.

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what information is stored locally, what may be sent to online services, and what choices you have.

8. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services such as content hosting, Cloudflare, an AI grading provider, GitHub, and app store providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

9. Purchases And Paid Features

If paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are offered, the terms shown at purchase apply. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are generally handled by the app store or payment provider used for the purchase, subject to that provider's rules and applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

The app, software, design, generated practice content, rubrics, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own study.

11. Availability And Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or online services at any time. We may also update these Terms when app features, service providers, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

12. No Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, study outcomes, exam results, service interruptions, or reliance on grading feedback. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

14. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or block access to online services if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates security risk, or could harm the app, other users, or service providers.

15. Governing Terms

These Terms apply alongside any mandatory consumer protections or app store terms that apply where you live. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
